30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@kunza.co with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
